Job Description

Salary: 166,400 - 287,700 USD per year Requirements:

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
  • 8+ years of direct experience working within engineering teams
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8+ engineers in the development of new demand planning systems and the operation of existing systems
  • Partner with the Product Manager in roadmap planning cycles
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle
  • Promote high operational excellence while delivering results
  • Develop individual contributor engineers' careers through growth conversations, performance coaching, and creating the right opportunities
