Job Description

Provide dynamic leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data (including disparate data), enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, reporting projects and initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Leads staff in the most advanced descriptive, initial concept to fully tested production, and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
  • Expert use of the most current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
  • Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high complexity predictive modeling and fact based management to drive decision making.
  • Mentors less senior staff, leads cross functional teams, and routinely works on multiple highly complex assigments.
  • Provides consultation to Sr. Leadership on a routine basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline required.

Minimmum Experience

Proven expert and nine (9) years work experience in innovative measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Demonstrated superior analytical skills with diverse analytics, data types, and statistical software and applications.

Outstanding Interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills.

Proven Leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Extensive exp. in experimentation (A/B, quasi), statistics, causal inference. Proven ability to drive impact via data-driven insights. Strong skills in collaborating, partnering across product development. Expertise in personalization, targeting, audience design/management. Proficient in hypothesis formulation, goal setting, instrumentation, and reporting. Experience with mentoring and delivering impactful presentations. Research experience is a plus.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month

Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week
