Overview:
Position: Cloud Pipeline Developer - Scientific Workflows

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Python-based algorithms for biological image processing
• Optimize computational performance of existing analysis pipelines
• Collaborate with scientists to translate analytical needs into computational solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and automated testing procedures

Requirement Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Python programming and scientific computing libraries
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Batch)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and version control (GitLab)
• Strong communication skills for teamwork with scientific teams

Additional Information:

• Duration: 1 year
